This role is crucial in helping us build and nurture partnerships that support our mission of making fossil hunting accessible and inclusive for everyone.

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing these relationships. Your work will ensure that we continue to provide exceptional experiences and expand our reach. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with individuals and organizations who share our passion for fossils and our commitment to making a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Build and Nurture Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they feel valued and engaged with our mission.
• Create and Implement Strategies: Design and execute strategies to attract and retain new partners while growing existing relationships.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with our team to align partnership strategies with our organizational goals and initiatives.
• Report and Evaluate: Monitor the success of partnership activities and provide regular updates and reports to our leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking people who are passionate about our mission and have a proven track record in managing relationships and building partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of nonprofit organizations.
