At Maryland Fossil Finders (MFF), we are looking for a dedicated team of Strategic Partnership Managers to play a key role in building relationships that fuel our mission of making fossil hunting accessible, inclusive, and conservation-focused.

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will work closely with corporate sponsors and partners to support the growth and sustainability of our programs. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships that generate vital funding for our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective partners and sponsors.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in partnerships and funding, aligning them with MFFโ€™s mission and goals.
  • Create and execute strategies to cultivate major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance partner engagement, reporting, and recognition.
  • Track and analyze results of fundraising campaigns and partnership efforts.
  • Represent MFF at events and other outreach activities to grow our network and visibility.

At MFF, we believe in recognizing hard work and rewarding success. Our Strategic Partnership Manager roles start at $20 per hour, with the opportunity to earn bonuses for exceptional performance. After six months of successfully driving partnerships and achieving fundraising goals, your hourly rate could increase to as much as $25.
