Our Legal Needs: How You Can Help Maryland Fossil Finders

As Maryland Fossil Finders continues to grow, we’re reaching a critical stage where having the right legal guidance is essential. We are currently seeking legal assistance to help with important documents such as our privacy policy, liability waiver, articles of incorporation, 501(c)(3) application, and board of directors’ bylaws. This will not require you to represent the organization – we simply need consultation.

If you have experience in nonprofit law or are familiar with legal aspects of running an organization, your expertise could make a significant difference to our mission. Having the right legal framework in place will allow us to focus on what we do best—making fossil hunting accessible and inclusive for all.
