Free Fossil Kit Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Free fossil kits are available to individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Low-income students.
• Individuals with low mobility (e.g., mobility challenges).
• Parents or guardians requesting kits for children who meet the above criteria.

2. Request Process

To request a free fossil kit, eligible individuals must complete the provided request form and submit the necessary information, including names and ages of children if applicable.

3. Shipping Fee

A shipping fee of $5 per kit is required. Payment must be made through the designated shipping purchase page: Shipping for Free Fossil Kits.

4. Processing and Delivery

Fossil kits are made to order and can take up to 4 weeks to ship. Delays may occur due to high demand or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Kit Contents

The contents of the fossil kit are pre-determined and are subject to availability. Maryland Fossil Finders reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Usage Warning

Fossil kits contain small parts that may present a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under the age of 3. Adult supervision is required.

7. No Returns

Due to the nature of the free fossil kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

8. Liability

Maryland Fossil Finders is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the fossil kits. Use kits responsibly and follow all safety guidelines provided.

9. Modifications

Maryland Fossil Finders reserves the right to modify or cancel the free fossil kit program at any time without prior notice.
